For many, the holidays are a time of feeling out of sync with the festive spirit typically associated with this time of year. A relationship may have ended abruptly, a loved one died, or a family is in chaos, or absent. This Advent, St. John’s will offer a Blue Christmas Service, a time where these feelings are honored and given space to be reflected upon. This contemplative service will be a time apart from the busyness of the season and an invitation to be still.
