Calligraphic Christmas-Card & Gift-Making Gathering

Join us during this special advent season event, and have fun creating some simple yet elegant and unique calligraphic cards and gifts to give to your friends and family — including beautiful Christmas cards, calligraphed bookmarks, and Dream, Prayer or Gratitude Journals.
Led by Caroline Joy Adams, M.Ed., who has worked for the oldest calligraphy studio in the US (Ames & Rollinson, in New York) and has taught calligraphy at Harvard University and Tufts University, among other locations. A lay member of the Great Britain-based Society of Scribes and Illuminators, she is the creator of a successful product line of calligraphic prints, which have sold nationwide. She is also the author of seven books, including the highly regarded instructional title, An Italic Calligraphy Handbook, which has been popular with aspiring calligraphers in its various editions, in both the US and Great Britain.
PLEASE NOTE: Caroline’s beautiful array of calligraphic prints, including her best-selling Your Life is a Sacred Journey, will be available as well, and a significant portion of all proceeds collected will be given to support a scholarship fund for summer campers at both Camp Washington and the Incarnation Center.
